Standard catalogue orders may be cancelled before processing or dispatch where possible. Custom, cut, made-to-order, or production work may not be cancellable once work has started.

Approved refunds are assessed for verified dispatch errors, eligible defects, or lost shipments according to the confirmed order terms.

Where a refund is approved, we will confirm the payment method and expected processing time in writing.
